With grapes sourced from the amazing Casad Vineyard we are excited to share this rare single varietal Grenache from the Red Mountain AVA. Strong aromas of warm raspberries and sun ripe strawberries fold into flavors of rich mineral complexity and cotton candy. Built to age this Grenache is balanced enough to enjoy young.

This 100% Merlot aged 24 months in second year French oak presents as bright, ripe fruit that is delicate and approachable. A medium mouth feel with soft tannins makes this a perfect wine to pair with your favorite foods or sip on it’s own.

Sourced from the Red Mountain AVA. Subtle sweet aromas of french vanilla, field ripe strawberries, herbal notes and subtle hints of eucalyptus on the finish. A very complex and well balanced single varietal we are excited to share.

When inclement weather ruined a large portion of our estate grapes in 2022, Windhorse Vineyard located in the Columbia Gorge AVA stepped up to save the day. This Syrah WH is fruit forward, jammy, with dark plum and black cherry notes and buttery smooth.

Sourced from the Red Mountain AVA. Fruit forward notes of warm mixed dark berry cobbler, blueberry, with subtle floral and mineral flavors.

Made with the Appassimento Method by drying the harvested grapes on racks for months before fermenting.  This produces an intensely flavored, dark, rich, unique and smoothly tannic red wine.  It is remarkably deep and complex with aromas and flavors reminiscent of a NW rain forest, dark blackberry cobbler, and french vanilla. This is an inky, dark, red wine with medium tannins, smokey nose and very wild/ complex flavors of brite cherry, mineral, leather, tobacco and spice. For a common comparison think of an Italian styled Petite Syrah or mature Tempranillo.

It is a blend of our estate Regent with Grenache and Syrah from the outstanding Casad Vineyard in Red Mountain. Expect flavors of lychee, rose peddle, summer berries and green apple candy with a refreshingly clean finish.

The Daylight series of blends is meant to highlight the uniquely complex and flavorful spectrum of the lighter style reds. This blend combines our estate Pinot Noir, Regent, and Lakemont, with our Red Mountain Grenache.  Wonderful earth and mineral aromatics lead to flavors of marionberry, pie cherries with a light body and long bold finish.

By combining two great varietals from two very different regions we created the best of both worlds. This 50/50 blend of Windhorse Vineyard Syrah and Miramonte Estate Merlot is full of dark fruit flavors, rich and smooth. Aged in second year French oak for 12 months adds a subtle mid-pallet hint of vanilla and toasty oak tannin.

This is a true representative blend of our estate vineyard with all grapes represented. Nose of fruit and cardamom with flavors of pie cherries, balanced tannins and rich acid with subtle vanilla oak structure.

This blend is a traditional homage to one of the world’s most popular red blends, the famed Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Grenache 60%, Mourvedre 30%, and Syrah 10%. Boldly aromatic with warm spiced fruit, rich in flavor yet velvety smooth.

The Midnight series of red wine blends is intended to highlight the rich, bold and unique characters of only our darkest fruit.  Comprised primarily of Syrah, dried Regent, and Golubok.  This blend will grab your pallet with intense notes of leather, blackberry, earth and dry minerality.

This is a red wine blend with grapes sourced from the amazing Casad Vineyard in Red Mountain. This blend was aged 1 year in a second use American oak whiskey barrel and comprised of Syrah 56%, Mourvedre 29%, and Grenache 15%. It is a smooth and fruit forward red wine first with subtle yet unmistakable aromas and flavors of caramel and vanilla from the whiskey barrel influence.

Always a very Limited Production. This is a unique blend of our red grapes, fortified with our proprietary American oak aged brandy and then aged in a second use Hungarian oak barrel for at least one year. Uno Mas, meaning “one more”, is a ruby port with very rich and complex flavors unique to our wines and has just enough sweetness to cut through the higher alcohol and always seems to leave people asking for just one more glass.

This extremely popular cider is made from our own mix of Washington apples and finished with whole cone hops. Expect an off-dry cider first that finishes with smooth citrus and floral notes from the hops.

Tons of ripe apple flavor! Like Fall in your mouth and way too smooth for an 8.6% abv imperial. A little on the sweet side but not syrupy.
